Avid Netflix users go through high and low points each month. The streaming site adds a bunch of new titles that aren't offered on other platforms, but that also means they have to eliminate some of the fan-favorite movies, TV shows, and more. In March, Netflix subscribers will have to say goodbye to titles including Black Panther, Eat Pray Love, and The Dark Knight. Make sure to watch these titles before they're gone because starting March 1, 2020, they will disappear from Netflix.
Black Panther Will Head To A Different Streaming Site
One of the first films to be removed from Netflix is Marvel's Black Panther. Users will have until March 3 to watch this fan-favorite superhero movie before it heads to Disney+. The movie is about an heir to the kingdom of Wakanda (Chadwick Boseman) who must protect the citizens from a dangerous member of their past.
Black Panther was one of the top-grossing films of 2018 and was the very first superhero movie to be nominated for a Best Motion Picture of the Year Oscar. It earned three Academy Awards for Best Original Score, Best Costume Design, and Best Production Design.
The Men Who Stare At Goats Didn't Wow Audiences
The Men Who Stare At Goats will be leaving Netflix pretty early in the month, on March 3. The satirical dark comedy stars George Clooney, Ewan McGregor, and Jeff Bridges. It centers around a reporter who flies to Iraq and meets a retired U.S. Army soldier who reveals he was part of a secret unit that specialized in paranormal powers.
Although it had an all-star cast the movie received mixed reviews from both critics and the general public. They believed it to be entertaining, but thought the plot could've gone a bit deeper.

Fans of the book were eager to see A Wrinkle in Time come to life on screen. Many well-known celebrities joined the project such as Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon, Mindy Kaling, and Zach Galifianakis. It also introduced young actress Storm Reid as the protagonist who goes to search for her father with the help of paranormal beings.
A Wrinkle in Time grossed $132.7 million worldwide, but received mostly average reviews saying that while the special effects were amazing the story felt disconnected from the characters. The movie will be leaving Netflix on March 24 and will most likely be added to Disney+.
Coraline Is More Than An Animated Kids Movie
Coraline is one of those movies that might be a little scarring to watch as a child, which is impressive for an animated film to pull off. It stars Dakota Fanning as an adventurous young girl named Coraline who travels to a parallel universe where sinister spirits linger.
The animation is well-done with every detail perfectly tackled from start to finish. For example, the production crew hired someone just to knit micro-sized sweaters for each of the characters. The plot moves along with ease and has some of the most unique characters of all time. Unfortunately, Coraline will be leaving Netflix on March 15.
Fans Are Disappointed To See The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers And The Return of the King Go
The Lord of the Rings trilogy made a huge mark on cinematic history and it's a shame that two of the movies will be leaving Netflix soon. The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers and The Return of the King are the second and third movies in the franchise and will cease to be on Netflix on March 30.
These movies were so successful with a worldwide audience because they combined action, adventure, drama, fantasy, and more into compelling storylines based on the novels by J.R.R. Tolkien. Separately, the films earned almost $1 billion at the box office.
Netflix Sheds Its Rom-Coms With Eat Pray Love
Based on the best-selling book by Elizabeth Gilbert comes a feature film written and directed by Ryan Murphy. Eat Pray Love stars Julia Roberts as a woman unhappy in her marriage, so she takes a solo journey around the world to put her life in a different direction.
Since Valentine's Day is over Netflix is getting rid of some romantic comedies and will take Eat Pray Love off the site on March 9. Leading up to the film's release it was heavily marketed with over 400 related products including Eat Pray Love-themed jewelry, perfume, tea, gelato machines, and more.
You Won't Be Able To Sing Along To Hairspray Much Longer
One of the biggest movie musicals of the 2000s was Hairspray. It came with a huge cast of familiar faces including Zac Efron, John Travolta, Christopher Walken, Queen Latifah, and more. It was based on the 1988 comedy film and 2002 Broadway musical of the same name and follows a girl who dreams of being a performer on a local TV show during the early 1960s.
Hairspray features some toe-tapping tunes and eye-catching dance numbers that make it worth watching over and over again. Netflix chose to take the film off of Netflix on March 30, so those who are disappointed will have almost all month to view it.
The Waterboy Is The Number One Sports Comedy
Adam Sandler made the highest-grossing sports movie of all time, called The Waterboy, in 1998. Not only did he co-write the screenplay, but he also played the lead role of a college football waterboy who is chosen to play for the team.
It also stars Kathy Bates, Henry Winkler, Rob Schneider, and Fairuza Balk and earned $190 million worldwide at the box office. Sandler stated that the idea for the film was based on one of his Saturday Night Live characters, Canteen Boy. Netflix will remove The Waterboy on March 7.
New York Minute Was The Olsen Twins' Last Time Acting Together
Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen starred in numerous made-for-television movies and TV shows during their childhood and ended their acting career together after making 2004's New York Minute. The Olsens star as twins who don't get along and get into some mischief in the Big Apple.
Other famous faces who make appearances in the film include Eugene Levy, Andy Richter, Dr. Drew Pinsky, Andrea Martin, and a cameo by their TV father Bob Saget. This was also their second and last movie together to appear in theaters. New York Minute will be leaving Netflix on March 30.

Those who enjoy a good cry should watch the romantic tragedy P.S. I Love You. Hilary Swank plays a young widow who feels hopeless after the passing of her husband (Gerard Butler). After he's gone, she starts to receive letters from him that will help her on her journey to recovery.
Most critics gave the film negative reviews because they thought Swank was miscast in her role and the plot was too clichéd. Other viewers thought it was a good film overall, but were tricked into thinking it was a romantic comedy. P.S. I Love You is set to be removed from Netflix on March 30.

As the world approached the new millennium there was an increase in films that relied on technology to move the story along. In 1999 Will Smith starred opposite Kevin Kline in a comedy, action, and sci-fi film called Wild Wild West. They played special agents who have to protect their country during the Civil War.

When Paranormal Activity was test-screened for audiences, people had to walk out of the movie theater because it was too intense. This supernatural horror film centers on a young married couple who set up a camera to see what's haunting them in their home.

Critics liked that the story effortlessly intertwined the lives of each book club member and overwhelmingly considered it to be a feel-good romantic comedy. They must use both physical and mental strength to outsmart those who try to take them down.
Viewers who can't decide between both should know that Charlie's Angels is filled with action and geared toward entertaining the audience as much as possible. Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle is paced a bit more slowly with some laugh-out-loud comedic moments.
Zodiac Is Based On A Gripping True Story
Viewers who love mystery and thrillers should check out 2007's Zodiac. It stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Mark Ruffalo, and Robert Downey Jr. in a tale about the search for a notorious criminal in San Francisco, California during the late 1960s and early 1970s. The case still remains one of America's most infamous unsolved crimes.

Will Smith's film career started to take off after his leading role in the Men in Black franchise. Smith, as Agent J, and Tommy Lee Jones as Agent K, are members of a secret organization that keeps watch over the alien and extra-terrestrial life on earth.
Men in Black won an Oscar for Best Makeup and sales of the Ray-Ban sunglasses that the characters in the secret organization wore tripled to $5 million. The first two movies, Men in Black and Men in Black II, will be taken off of Netflix on March 14.
How Being Mary Jane Became BET's Dark Horse
One of the few TV shows that will be leaving Netflix is BET's Being Mary Jane. Gabrielle Union plays the titular role of Mary Jane Paul as she deals with being a young woman and popular talk show host in the modern world.
Reviewers think the series is relatable, unlike many of the shows typically broadcast on the BET network, and gives viewers all the drama they want to see. All 52 episodes are going to be removed from Netflix starting March 17, but will most likely be available to watch on the BET official website.
